Alfredo Arroyo Vega

Alfredo Arroyo Vega 81 of Allentown passed away on July 29, 2026 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of Aida (Cadalaria) Vega,  they were married 57 years on April 23^rd.

Alfredo was born in Maunubo, Puerto Rico on April 23, 1945, son of the late Domingo Arroyo and Ramona Vega.

He worked at Sacred Heart Hospital in janitorial services retiring after many years.

He was a faithful member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Allentown.

Alfredo is survived by his wife Aida, their children Nancy Collazo (Jose), Luis Manuel Collazo (Mari), Jose Luis Collazo (Selena), Besaida Collazo (Orlando), 18 grandchildren, 50, brother Domingo Arroyo (Angelica) and sisters Alicia Arroyo and Delmira Arroyo.  Predeceased by two brothers.

Viewing and Mass on Tuesday August 4, 2026, viewing 8:45AM to 9:45 AM followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus RCC  336 North 4^th Street Allentown, PA  18102.  Burial in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.  Funeral arrangements by the Sell-Herron Funeral Home Allen town, PA. www.HerronFuneralHomeCares.com
