Arthur E. Dorney, 76, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. Born onOctober 31, 1949, he was the beloved son of the late Wilmer and Velma Dorney. Arthur proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army.
Arthur was a devoted family man who cherished the time he spent with hisloved ones. He is survived by his brother, Garry Dorney, and his wife, Marie. Heleaves behind a legacy of love through his three children: Michael Dorney and his wife Sunita Ramdeen; Tracy Stauffer and her partner Michael Soltis; and Karen Dorney and her partner Matt Koch.
Arthur is reunited with his significant other, the late Marjorie Konopke. He is fondly remembered by her family, including her children: Robert Konopke and his wife Cynthia; Lori Bray and her husband David; and Patti Chierchio and herhusband John.
Arthur’s greatest joy was his family, especially his 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, with whom he shared countless wonderful memories throughout theyears. An avid sports enthusiast, he could always be found cheering passionately forhis favorite teams: the Philadelphia Phillies and the Kansas City Chiefs.
He will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on in the family he built and the sports-filled, joyful memories he leaves behind.
