Diana Dolly Garcia, 76 of Fountain Hill passed away on September 25, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Jose D. “Cielo” Garcia, they were married 31 years, until his passing on May 22, 2026.

Diana was born in Guanica, Puerto Rico on February 6, 1950 daughter of the late Rafael and Eulalia (Santiago) Rivera.

She was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Survived by her step-children Carlos A. Garcia, Aida L. Garcia wife of Raul and Wanda Ibette Garcia; seven grandchildren Albellize Torres wife of Luis, Raul J. Garcia, Adrian R. Garcia, Idaliz I. Garcia, Angel J. Garcia, Luis Felipe Garcia and Jesenia Ibette Garcia; three great-grandchildren Ariacelyz Martinez, Allianah Martinez and Xavier Martinez,Jr.; niece Diana Poggy and nephew Jonathan Poggy. Predeceased by a sister Carmen Poggy.
