Kristen Ann “Kiki” Smith, 41, of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, formerly of Allentown, passed away on August 26, 2026, at 9:55 a.m. Born on April 27, 1985, at 6:01 a.m., Kiki brought a bold and unforgettable energy into the world from the very beginning.
Kiki was loud, funny, uninhibited, fun-loving, and never afraid to tell people exactly how she felt. Her vibrant personality drew others in, and she had a special way of making people laugh and leaving an impression wherever she went.
Beneath her outspoken nature was a fiercely loyal, loving, and caring person. Kiki loved all things blue, was a devoted Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees fan, and cared deeply for the people and animals in her life.
Kiki faced significant health challenges with remarkable resilience. As a two-time kidney transplant recipient, she showed courage and determination throughout her life.
Being an aunt was the role Kiki cherished most. She was especially devoted to her oldest niece, Adelaide “Addy” Smith, and the two were the best of friends. She also lovingly called Daxton, Deagan, Darian, Eliana, Angel Jr., and Zayden her “babies.” Kiki treasured being part of their lives and took great pride in being their aunt.
Kiki is survived by her mother, Shari Smith; her father, Kenneth Smith, and his wife, Mayra; her brother, Kyle Smith, and his wife, Erica; her sister, Sabrina Smith, and her husband, Dale Allen; her stepbrothers, Angel Padillo and Michael Padillo; and her half-siblings, Kristopher Paynter and Megan Obleschuk. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces, Adelaide “Addy” Smith and Eliana; her nephews, Daxton, Deagan, and Darian Allen, Angel Jr., and Zayden; as well as many other family members and friends whose lives she touched.
Though Kiki never hid what she thought or felt, she also carried struggles quietly. She will be remembered for her strength, loyalty, humor, honesty, and larger-than-life spirit.
Kiki was truly one of a kind. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
In honor of Kristen, those attending are encouraged to wear something blue and cheer for the Cowboys at least once every football season—a small tribute to some of the many things she loved.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m, with a Time of Remembrance at 7:15PM at the Sell-Herron Funeral Home 1145 Lehigh street Allentown, PA 18103.
Additional Calling Hour on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a Time of Remembrance at 11AM in the Sell-Herron Funeral Home 1145 Lehigh Street Allentown, PA 18103.
Graveside Service to follow at 12:15PM in Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Allentown.

My deepest condolences to Kristen's family. I remember how funny she was as a kid during long summers at Girls Club in Allentown. She made everyone feel included and loved being mischievous-always making everything so much fun! I'll always remember her excellent talent show performance singing TLC. She was never afraid to be herself and inspired all the quiet kids, like myself, to live in the moment. She was one of a kind- what a great and irreplaceable loss. Sincerely,
