Sarah A. Rice, 39, of Bethlehem, passed away on January 2, 2026.
Sarah was born in Fountain Hill on June 23, 1986, the daughter of Laurie (Martucci) Rice and the late Terry Robert Rice.
Sarah was truly one of a kind. She had a larger-than-life spirit and was undeniably the life of the party wherever she went. If you knew Sarah, you loved her and if you met her even once, you never forgot her. She had an infectious, unmistakable laugh that filled every room and made everyone around her smile. Sarah had a rare gift of making people feel seen, welcomed, and loved, and she formed friendships effortlessly wherever life took her.
Above all else, Sarah loved her children fiercely and unconditionally. Being a mother was her greatest joy, and she poured her heart into her daughters every single day. She was endlessly devoted, protective, and proud, and her love for them knew no limits. Sarah also showed up for her family in every way she could dependable, loyal, and always ready to help, no matter the circumstances.
Sarah leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Her presence made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, and her spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving mother, Laurie Rice; her beloved daughters, Aliyah Wagner, Gianna Johnson, Aria Johnson, and Mila Johnson; her sisters, Janelle Rice, Jessica Clinton, and Jamie Vogt; and her eight cherished nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to honor Sarah will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Herron Funeral Home, 458 Center at Market Streets, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Herron Funeral Home, to enable the guardian of her children to establish a care fund for the children. Checks may be made payable to Herron Funeral Home and mailed to 458 Center Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
