Thomas W. Schaffer, 82 of Allentown passed away on August 26, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Brenda L. (Bartholomew) Schaffer, they would have been married 52 years on September 24^th.

Thomas was born in Allentown on June 27, 1944 son of the late Arthur and Arlene (Merkle) Schaffer Eck.

He was a candymaker for Just Born retiring after 20 years.

He was a life member of the Fearless Fire Company in Allentown.

He is survived by his wife Brenda, daughter Crystal L. Snyder wife of Bruce M., two grandchildren Lillie and Bryce, sister Sharon Trapp, brothers Bobby Schaffer and Paul Schaffer husband of Peggy.
