Nicholas S. “Nikos” Malitsis, 50 of Bethlehem passed away on April 4, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Fountain Hill.

 

Nicholas was born in the Bronx, NY on November 18, 1975 son of Dimitrios and Nikolina (Katechis) Malistsis.

 

He was the owner of the Greek Meat Guy.

 

He attended St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem.

 

Nikos was an avid  New York Mets fan  and a well-known music  DJ.

 

“He was a devoted father to his children and a proud, loving grandfather who cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. He was a talented chef who loved the restaurant business. He loved to cook, but outside of that he loved music. He will be deeply missed by everyone who loved him. His legacy lives on in the memories he created, the lives he touched, and the love he gave so freely”

 

"Nicholas was the type of person that if you asked for help, he would be the first one there no questions asked. He always lived for today.”

 

Survived by his parents Dimitrios and Nikolina Malitsis, sons Andrew Reppert husband of Kelly, Dimitri Malitsis and Adrian Gonzalez husband of Adele, daughters Maria Malitsis and Nicole Malitsis, brother Spiro Malitsis husband of Lena, three grandchildren Addison Reppert, Leonidas Malitsis and Matteo Gonzalez.

 

Viewing on  Monday April 13, 2026 from 6PM to 8PM in the Herron Funeral Home 458 Center At Market Street Bethlehem, PA  18018.
