Thomas H. Smith

Thomas H. Smith, 82 of Coopersburg passed away on June 8, 2026.  He was the husband of the late Roberta (Moyer) Smith who passed on February 7, 2014.

Thomas was born on March 2, 1944 in Northampton, PA the son of the late Theodore and Anna Marie (Weber) Smith. Also predeceased by his siblings Theodore John Smith and Joann Ruth (Smith) Simon.

He graduated from Northampton HS ‘62 and LCCC drafting program.

He served in the Air Force Reserves (Staff Sgt) as a reciprocating aircraft mechanic. 

He was a drafting engineer for Veeco Manufacturing, Solid State Equipment and Western Union retiring after many years.

He and his wife enjoyed many hours searching flea markets and antique stores. He enjoyed pistol shooting at the range and hunting/fishing at the cabin. He loved technology and was always tinkering with the latest gadgets. He also loved spending time with family and friends. 

He is survived by his faithful companion Lexi (Yorkie) whom he loved dearly.  

He is also survived by cousins Barry (Ruth) Smith, Paula Pendrak, Cynthia Ruff, Rodney Smith and siblings-in-law Perry Moyer, Lisa Argeson, Karen Cichello and nephews Drew Smith, Adam Moyer and nieces Patricia Cahill, Barbara Kelly and Jo Ann Mankus.
