“Uncle Mike”
Michael P. Dontas, 88, of Bethlehem, passed away on February 28, 2026, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill.
Born in Chios, Greece on May 4, 1937, he was the son of the late Pantelis and Kalliopi (Karafilis) Dontas.
He worked at The Parkland Restaurant and Top Diner for many years.
Mike is survived by his sister-in-law, Paraskevi Dontas; her children, Panteli and Kalliopi Dontas of Brooklyn, NY; his niece, Anna Paxos and her husband Elia; and his nephew, Elia Liakaris and his wife Paraskevi, along with their children, of Warren, Ohio.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1607 West Union Blvd., Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial Altona Cemetery Bethlehem, PA
