Jennifer L. Polak, 54 of Cressona passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar
Crest.
Jennifer was born in Palmerton, PA on November 7, 1970, daughter of Carol A. (Snyder) Trinkle of
Bowmanstown and the late Joseph P. Trinkle. She was a 1988 graduate of Palmerton High School.
She worked as a secretary and bookkeeper over her years in the workforce. She was a key member of the
family businesses, working at Midas in Lehighton and A&A Limousine in Northampton. She also worked as a
bank teller at Wells Fargo in Tamaqua and a secretary at Losch Services in Schuylkill Haven.
She was a loving and caring mother for her two children, Logan and Justin. She made it her goal to care for them when they were sick, nurture them when they were sad, and show her support at every event they were a part of, no matter the time of day. She enjoyed singing karaoke, making home-cooked meals, and spending time with her friends.
She was a member of St. Joseph Parish of The Panther Valley in Summit Hill.
Survivors: Her mother Carol A. Trinkle of Bowmanstown, sons Logan J. Polak of Summit Hill, Justin D. Polak of Bethlehem and their father Daniel S. Polak of Nazareth; brother David J. Trinkle of Bowmanstown; brother-in-law Mark A. Dietrich, Sr. of Summit Hill, nieces and nephews Karalyn Williams (Brandon) and their children, Mark A. Dietrich, Jr., BriAnn Trinkle, and Brandon Trinkle. Predeceased by her father, Joseph P. Trinkle, sister Melissa A. Dietrich, and nephew Joseph D. Trinkle.
Viewing and Funeral Mass: Saturday, August 30, 2025, viewing 9AM to 10:45AM followed by the Mass at 11AM all at St. Joseph Parish of The Panther Valley 462 West Ludlow Street Summit Hill, PA 18250.
