Joanna was very talented in clothes design/seamstress making clothes for her 4 daughters and their Barbie dolls. During our 70 yr. marriage we purchased our dream beach house on Long Beach Island where we spent many memorable summers. She loved time on the beach watching her daughters as they grew up. Joanna had a love for family and always enjoyed having her 4 daughters close to her.
After we retired we spent many years traveling throughout Europe and especially Greece and the Greek islands with our many friends, and also enjoyed meeting our relatives on the island of Chios.
One of her joys was to become a chaperone on the AHEPA Journey to Greece Program, while her husband was the leader, for 5 weeks traveling throughout Greece. She also enjoyed the many cruises to Mexico ,and the Bahama Islands.
