Nancy C. Kremm

Nancy (Millward) Kremm, 71, of Boyertown, PA, went to meet her Lord and Savior on February 10, 2026, after a two-year battle with ALS.Born to Harold and Elizabeth Millward of Slatington, PA, in 1954, she was always profoundly interested in helping people. Nancy completed dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology at East Stroudsburg State College. While at college, she met Frank Kremm, a Navy sailor who was visiting campus with a friend. They married in 1975 and recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. In those years, they held a variety of jobs around the country, and raised four children. Nancy’s greatest joy in life was always her family.Settling in Boyertown, Nancy served the community many years as the food program manager and public relations coordinator at Boyertown Area Multi-Service and as an active member of the Butter Valley Community Church. As such, she was known for her creative ideas, attention to detail, empathy, humor, and hugs. Additionally, Nancy was famous for sending hundreds of greeting cards and postcards each year to celebrate happy occasions and encourage people during difficult times.An athlete in her youth, Nancy remained an avid sports fan throughout her life and loved the Philadelphia Phillies. She was an animal lover, and she found joy in many simple pleasures: a good book, a nice puzzle, a hot slice of pizza.Nancy is survived by her husband Frank; children Frank (Jennifer), Julie, Rebecca (Anthony), and Jacob; brothers Gary Millward (Lynne) and Harry Millward (Bonnie); and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Elizabeth Millward and stepmother Verna; brother Bruce Millward; and sister Kathy (Millward) Wanamaker.A celebration of life will be held at Butter Valley Community Church in the spring, date to be announced.In lieu of flowers, contributions in Nancy’s memory can be made to Butter Valley Community Church in Bally, PA. Alternatively, the family invites you to send a humorous or encouraging card to someone in your own life who could use one.
