“Vero” Severiano Feliciano-Medina

“Vero” Severiano Feliciano-Medina, 88, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday March 3, 2026.  Vero was born on August 20, 1937, in Isabela, Puerto Rico. He was the beloved son of the late Domingo Feliciano and Faustina Medina.

Vero was a compassionate and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and father-in-Law who deeply valued family unity and togetherness. He proudly served in the military at Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico. While living with his family in Puerto Rico he cut sugar cane as a living.

After relocating from Puerto Rico to New Jersey, Vero worked in various industries, including the restaurant business, carpentry, construction, and as a mechanic. In his free time, he greatly enjoyed working on cars and playing the guitar, an instrument he was especially fond of. He also built many instruments made of wood.

Vero was an active member of Sacred Heart Church, where he devoted his life to God in which he showed his children. He also found joy and peace in taking long walks in the park, appreciating the beauty of nature.

Vero is Survived by His wife, Awilda Santiago and Children; Anaida Feliciano, Severiano Feliciano Jr., Daniel Feliciano, Aleaia Feliciano, Sonia Feliciano, Antonio Feliciano  Julio Feliciano, Luz Feliciano, Hilda Feliciano, Elvin Feliciano, Sergio Feliciano and Hector Feliciano.

Viewing will be held on Sunday 15, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at John F. Herron Funeral Home, located at 458 Center Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.

Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 336 North 4th Street, Allentown, PA 18102.

Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
